Terms of Service

OffGrid Dose is a privacy-first iOS application designed to help users track their GLP-1 medication injections, monitor weight changes, log side effects, capture progress photos, manage injection site rotation, and track dose titration schedules. All data is stored locally on your device. The App is a personal tracking tool and is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or clinical application.

You must be at least 17 years of age to use OffGrid Dose. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App is rated 17+ on the App Store due to its medical/health-related content.

OffGrid Dose requires an active subscription to access full functionality. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

3.1 Pricing

• Annual Plan: $29.99/year (equivalent to $2.50/month)
• Weekly Plan: $4.99/week

Prices are in USD and may vary by region due to App Store pricing tiers. Prices are subject to change with notice.

3.2 Free Trial

New subscribers to the weekly plan receive a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid weekly subscription. The annual plan does not include a free trial.

3.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or annually) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the App's full features until your current period expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

3.5 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. Wave Tech LLC does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

3.6 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore your active subscription using the "Restore Purchases" button within the App. This verifies your subscription status with Apple at no additional charge.

By using OffGrid Dose, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose as a personal health tracking tool
• Provide accurate information when logging your health data
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disable, or impair the App
• Not use the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Not attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or payment systems
• Not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any content within it
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

OFFGRID DOSE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION.

The App:

• Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• Does not replace professional medical guidance or supervision
• Does not verify the accuracy of user-entered data
• Does not monitor your health in real-time
• Does not communicate with healthcare providers
• Does not adjust or recommend medication dosages

OffGrid Dose, including its design, code, graphics, interface, and content, is the intellectual property of Wave Tech LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Ozempic and Wegovy are registered trademarks of Novo Nordisk A/S. Mounjaro and Zepbound are registered trademarks of Eli Lilly and Company. OffGrid Dose is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly. These names are used solely for informational purposes to describe medication compatibility.

All data you enter into OffGrid Dose — including injection logs, weight entries, progress photos, and notes — is yours. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. We claim no ownership over your data.

Progress photos you capture within the App are stored in the App's sandboxed storage on your device. They are not uploaded to any server and do not appear in your Camera Roll or iCloud Photo Library unless you explicitly export them. When you choose to share or export a photo, you are initiating that action at your own direction.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WAVE TECH LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WAVE TECH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WAVE TECH LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wave Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Since your data is stored locally, you will retain access to your data on your device even after termination of your subscription.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Wave Tech LLC.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wave Tech LLC regarding your use of OffGrid Dose and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
