WHY WE BUILT OFFGRID DOSE
The problem with health tracking today.
Millions of people are tracking GLP-1 medications in Notes apps, spreadsheets, and random reminders. It works — until it doesn't. Missed rotations, forgotten doses, and no way to see how your body actually responds over time.
The health apps that do exist come with a familiar tradeoff: create an account, sync to the cloud, and trust that your most sensitive personal data won't be sold, breached, or used to target you with ads. For something as private as medication tracking, that tradeoff never made sense to us.
So we built OffGrid Dose — a fully on-device GLP-1 tracker that gives you real tools for injection rotation, weight analytics, progress photos, and side effect logging, without ever asking for your name, email, or any piece of identifying information. Your data stays on your iPhone. Period.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Privacy is the architecture, not a feature.
No accounts.
There is no sign-up, no email collection, and no user profiles. You open the app and start tracking. Your device is your identity.
No cloud.
We do not operate servers, databases, or cloud infrastructure. Your data is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData framework and never leaves your device.
No tracking.
There are no analytics SDKs, no usage telemetry, and no third-party code watching what you do. We have no way to see how you use the app — and that is by design.
