Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 28, 2026

OffGrid Dose: GLP-1 Tracker ("OffGrid Dose," "the App," "we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Wave Tech LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the OffGrid Dose mobile app and offgriddose.com (together, the "Service").
Our central privacy commitment is simple: your GLP-1 health records use local app storage. Apple-managed backups and copies you choose to export or share are separate. That promise is narrower than saying that no information is ever processed. The App uses subscription and advertising-measurement services that do not receive the health-record content you enter.
1. Our Health-Record Boundary
The GLP-1 records you enter in OffGrid Dose stay in the App's local container on your device. Wave Tech LLC does not collect, receive, or store your medications, doses, injection dates or sites, weight entries, symptoms, progress photos, notes, demographics, injection history, or other health-record content.
OffGrid Dose has no Wave Tech account system, company-operated health sync, or company health-record database. Apple may include local app data in an Apple-managed device backup, depending on your device and backup settings. Wave Tech LLC cannot access an Apple-managed backup.
If you choose to export a report, share an image, or send information through another service, the copy you share is handled by the destination you select and its own privacy terms.
2. Subscription and Measurement Information
OffGrid Dose and its service providers may process the following information, none of which includes the contents of your GLP-1 health records:
- Subscription and purchase information: package category, subscription status, transaction, renewal, trial, and restore status. Apple processes payment-card and billing details; Wave Tech LLC does not receive those payment details.
- Identifiers: a RevenueCat-generated anonymous app user ID, a Tenjin installation ID, identifier for vendors, and—only after you authorize tracking through iOS—the advertising identifier.
- Advertising and attribution information: ad source, campaign, ad group, keyword or creative identifiers, click or impression attribution, install attribution, and Apple aggregate attribution postbacks.
- Limited app interactions: onboarding progress, activation reached, paywall viewed, package selected, purchase started, cancelled, or failed, and purchase restore completed. These are closed-category events; no user-entered text, health answers, prices, receipts, or health-record fields are attached.
- Device and network information: device type, technical data including app and operating system version, device model, language or locale, country or time zone, IP address, and similar metadata that a service provider receives when the App communicates with it.
- Support communications: if you email us, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and ordinary email metadata you choose to send.
3. How We Use This Information
- Provide, validate, restore, and support subscriptions
- Understand which campaigns lead to installs, trials, and subscriptions
- Measure the onboarding and purchase funnel and campaign performance
- Prevent fraud, troubleshoot integrations, and maintain the Service
- Respond to support requests
We do not use the contents of your GLP-1 records for advertising, attribution, analytics, profiling, or model training because that content is not transmitted to us or our measurement partners.
RevenueCat receives subscription and entitlement information, but we do not intentionally send it medication, dose, weight, symptom, progress-photo, note, demographic, or injection-site content from the working health log. Apple explains the App Store categories developers and integrated third-party partners must disclose in its App Privacy guidance.
4. Tracking Permission and Aggregate Attribution
On supported Apple devices, OffGrid Dose explains its measurement use before showing Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you authorize tracking, Tenjin may receive device, advertising, attribution, limited app-interaction, and subscription-funnel information and may connect it with campaign information from our advertising platforms. This measurement does not include GLP-1 health-record content.
If you deny tracking, choose "Ask App Not to Track," are restricted from tracking, or later revoke permission, OffGrid Dose does not connect to Tenjin or send Tenjin app events. Apple privacy-preserving aggregate attribution and standard Apple Ads attribution may still operate because they do not require App Tracking Transparency permission. Denying tracking does not prevent you from using OffGrid Dose or managing a subscription.
You can change this system permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
5. Website Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog for website analytics. These services may process a pseudonymous first-party identifier, website usage, browser and device details, referral URLs, session and interaction data, diagnostics, and cookies. Microsoft Clarity can process DOM playback data to provide session replays and aggregate heatmaps. Website analytics are separate from the iOS app; they do not run in the App or receive its health records.
6. Service Providers
The following services are involved in the App or website:
| Provider | Role and information involved | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Apple | App distribution, payments, subscriptions, Apple Ads and aggregate attribution, and optional device backup. | Apple Privacy Policy |
| RevenueCat | Subscription entitlement and revenue analytics; anonymous app user ID, transaction and receipt information, subscription status, Apple Ads attribution token, and enabled identifiers. It does not receive health-record content. | RevenueCat Privacy Policy |
| Tenjin | ATT-authorized mobile install, campaign, and funnel measurement; device and advertising identifiers, device and network metadata, attribution data, and the limited event categories described above. | Tenjin Privacy Policy |
| Meta and TikTok | Advertising campaign delivery and authorized measurement through Tenjin. OffGrid Dose does not include their SDKs or send them health-record content. | Meta Privacy Policy · TikTok Privacy Policy |
| Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog | Website-only analytics, as described above. These services do not run in the iOS app or receive its health records. | Google · Microsoft · PostHog |
We do not provide these services with GLP-1 health-record content. Some privacy laws may describe cross-service advertising measurement as "sharing" even when no money is exchanged. We disclose that use here and honor the iOS tracking choice described above.
7. Data Retention
- On-device health records: remain on your device until you delete them, use the App's erase-data control, or remove the App. Apple-managed backups follow your Apple settings and Apple's retention practices.
- Subscription and measurement information: is retained by Apple, RevenueCat, Tenjin, connected advertising platforms, and website analytics providers under their policies and applicable dashboard settings. We retain access and configure retention no longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and legal obligations.
- Support communications: are retained as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Deleting local health records does not automatically delete separate subscription or measurement information held by these providers.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
- Deny or later revoke tracking in iOS settings.
- Review tracking status and open iOS settings from the App's Privacy & Measurement settings.
- Erase local GLP-1 health records in the App.
- Manage or cancel a subscription through Apple.
- Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other privacy rights that may apply to measurement or support information.
We may need information such as the anonymous RevenueCat app user ID shown in the App's support area to locate a subscription record. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law. Information may be retained when needed for transactions, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
CCPA (California): pseudonymous website analytics, RevenueCat purchase, transaction, and technical information, and ATT-authorized advertising measurement are described above. Wave Tech LLC does not intentionally send the working health log to these services. California residents may submit a privacy-rights request to [email protected].
9. Data Sales, Security, and International Processing
Wave Tech LLC does not sell the contents of your GLP-1 health records and cannot do so because we do not receive them. We use the non-health measurement information described in this policy to measure our own advertising campaigns, and we do not permit measurement partners to receive health-record content.
Health records are stored in the App's sandboxed local container and protected by iOS device security. Network communication with Apple, RevenueCat, Tenjin, and authorized website and measurement services uses encrypted HTTPS connections. No local-storage or network method is completely secure.
Our service providers may process subscription and measurement information in countries other than where you live. Their policies describe their processing locations and transfer safeguards. Where required, Wave Tech LLC uses appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
10. Children's Privacy
OffGrid Dose is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the Service, contact [email protected].
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, vendor, legal, or operational changes. We will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice where required. Material collection changes will be disclosed before or when they take effect.
