Yes. Cancel your current subscription in iPhone Settings > Subscriptions, then subscribe to the other plan from within the app.

Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find OffGrid Dose and tap Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
