OffGrid Dose does not collect, receive, or store the GLP-1 records you enter. Those records use local app storage unless you export or share them, and Apple may include local app data in a device backup depending on your settings. The app uses Apple and RevenueCat for subscriptions and attribution; if you authorize iOS tracking, Tenjin may receive device, advertising, attribution, limited app-usage, and subscription information. These services never receive your GLP-1 health-record content.

OffGrid Dose is a free download with in-app purchase options. Apple shows the current availability and terms in the App Store and in the app for your region.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings > Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID. Download OffGrid Dose on your new iPhone and tap Restore on the paywall to reactivate your plan. Depending on your Apple and device settings, an encrypted device backup may include app data. Apple manages that backup process; OffGrid Dose does not control or guarantee that a particular record will be included or restored.

Yes. Open the Calendar tab, tap any past date, and add a shot, weight entry, side effect, or note retroactively. Your timeline updates accordingly and the estimated medication-level chart recalculates automatically.

Yes. Go to Settings → Export Data as PDF. The app generates a report from its local working data. You decide whether and where to share the exported file; the chosen destination has its own privacy practices.

Yes. The Today tab shows an Estimated Medication Levels chart that uses published pharmacokinetic parameters (elimination half-life, bioavailability, time to peak) for semaglutide and tirzepatide. It's an estimate based on public literature — not medical advice.

No. OffGrid Dose is a personal tracking tool designed to help you stay organized with your medication schedule. It does not provide medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider for dosing and treatment decisions.

OffGrid Dose supports Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, prescribed compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide, and custom medications. Current brand-specific context is included; compounded products use custom entries because concentrations and directions vary.

Open OffGrid Dose, and on the paywall screen tap Restore. This uses your Apple ID to verify your active subscription.

The working health log can function without continuous connectivity. Connectivity may still be needed for App Store purchases, entitlement checks, updates, web links, or Apple-managed services.
