Apple shows the current in-app purchase options and terms in the App Store listing and inside OffGrid Dose. Availability can vary by region and can change over time.
Does access require an app account?
No. OffGrid Dose does not require an app account. Working health-log entries are stored locally in the app, while Apple device backups depend on your settings.

The app includes dose and injection-site logging, weight charts, progress photos, side-effect tracking, calendar notes, local reminders, medication-level estimates, and PDF export.
